Energy Environment Economy
Happy Earth Day! Today’s episode focuses on the importance of outdoor recreation for health, both physical and mental, for creating a closer connection to the natural environment, and in supporting economic growth. In recognition of the importance of outdoor recreation, Massachusetts established an Office of Outdoor Recreation (MOOR) to elevate and enhance outdoor recreation across the state. This episode features Paul Jahnige, the first Director of MOOR, and a discussion of his plans and priorities for the Office.
