American Idol Moves to Atlanta for Season 25 | Entertainment and Celebrity News

American Idol is shaking things up for its 25th season by relocating live shows to Atlanta, Georgia — a bold move that brings Ryan Seacrest and judges Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie, and Carrie Underwood to a new home. Auditions kicked off with a virtual “Idol Across America” and open calls across the country, as showrunner Megan Michaels Wolflick promises to find that rare “magic stardust” talent who feels authentic and connects deeply. Carrie Underwood, a former winner, called the show a real-life Cinderella story that launched her career — and she’s thrilled to be part of this milestone season. With big plans and fresh energy, the search for the next superstar is on — and it’s happening in a whole new city.
