Australians now have more than $4 trillion invested in superannuation, but many people have little idea where their retirement savings are actually invested. A new report from Mindful Investing argues there’s a growing gap between what Australians say they want from ethical investing and what many super funds actually hold in their portfolios.

Sean Aylmer speaks with Barry Coates, CEO of Mindful Investing, about why transparency remains such a major issue in superannuation, why index investing may be contributing to the problem, and whether younger Australians could eventually force change across the sector.
