#45 - Martin Bingisser - Learning From T&F Throws

Author: Mike Carroll April 23, 2024 Duration: 57:57

In this episode I am delighted to be joined by Martin Bingisser. Martin is very well known in strength and conditioning and track and field circles.
He is a former world class hammer thrower, is now a very highly respected hammer throwing coach, and works with a variety of sports in strength and conditioning.

There are many parallels between developing the ability to throw far and swing fast and the goal of this episode was to learn as much from Martin as we could!
