EP 692: Listener Question - I Think I'm Eating Too Many Vegetables!

Author: Kindal Boyle April 4, 2025 Duration: 14:52

Listener Mary asked, "You mentioned a while back you stopped eating so many veggies and feel much less bloated. Can you share any more details of what you were doing vs now and positive changes? I am feeling bloated and more fluffy than normal but know some of it is just that I try to eat SO much volume with salads, steamed veggies etc that I am getting GI issues and look like I have a food baby sometimes. Thanks for any sharing in advance."

So let's talk about it in today's episode!
