Today Kevin goes through a consult that our intensive mastermind members go through -- helping him determine who his online avatar is and discovering what he wants out of his online business. We start at the very beginning as Kevin is in the midst of figuring out how to turn his hobby into an online business. We try to answer fundamental questions before he starts taking action. Kevin is looking to teach the older demographic (who not only work a lot, but are in the position of being full time caregivers to either a parent and/or spouse) how to use today's technology to better manage their time, so that they are able to spend more time with their children and grandchildren. We help him zero in on who his avatar should be, the language to use, and why focusing on one pain point will allow his hobby to be turned into a business. Kevin wants to be successful in his online business to have enough revenue to support his family, travel, and spend time on his own creative products. We have a very, very interesting call with one of our Flip Your Life community members that we are going to have for you today. Our guest is Kevin Depew and this is a little bit different call, which I'll let Kevin tell you a little bit about, just wanted to welcome him to the show. Kevin, welcome to the Flipped Lifestyle podcast. KEVIN: Great to be here. JOCELYN: Hey Kevin, so tell us a little bit about you and how you got started in online business and what you are up to online. KEVIN: Okay, I live in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have been interested in getting involved in online business. Right now I would say I have a hobby because I'm not making any money yet with the blog I started in November. I want to help people; my background is in social work and administration, I've worked in the non-profit world for over 25 years with children and families.
