Ca: En una tarda freda d'hivern a Barcelona, el Barri Gòtic estava embolcallat per una atmosfera màgica.
En: On a cold winter afternoon in Barcelona, the Barri Gòtic was wrapped in a magical atmosphere.
Ca: Els llums de Nadal encara penjaven als carrers, il·luminant les pedres antigues amb un caliu especial.
En: The Christmas lights still hung in the streets, illuminating the ancient stones with a special warmth.
Ca: Al cafè Coeli, l'aroma de cafè acabat de fer s'enredava amb el murmuri suau de les converses.

Ca: —Martí —va dir Laia suaument—, què et fa tanta por d’anar-te’n? Has treballat molt per aquesta oportunitat.

Ca: Martí va sospirar. —No ho sé, Laia. Em costa deixar-vos enrere. I si fallo? I si no m’acostumo? La família és important per a mi.
En: Martí sighed. “I don't know, Laia. It's hard to leave you all behind. What if I fail? What if I don't get used to it? Family is important to me."
Ca: Aleix va somriure, omplint la sala amb la seva energia.
En: Aleix smiled, filling the room with his energy.
Ca: —Mira, Martí, recordes quan vaig anar a Austràlia? No sabia ni l’idioma, però ho vaig fer.
En: “Look, Martí, remember when I went to Australia? I didn't even know the language, but I did it.
Ca: Al començament em sentia tan sol, però després, les experiències van ser increïbles. Vaig créixer molt.
En: At first, I felt so lonely, but then the experiences were incredible. I grew a lot."
Ca: Aleix va dir això amb una brillantor als ulls que va fer Martí pensar.
En: Aleix said this with a sparkle in his eyes that made Martí think.
Ca: Potser marxar no era deixar la família per sempre.

Ca: —Això mateix, Martí. I nosaltres sempre estarem aquí.

Ca: Martí va mirar la seva germana i el seu cosí, sentint una calidesa al cor.

En: But I promise to come back often.”
Ca: Laia va somriure, orgullosa, mentre Aleix alçava la seva tassa de cafè per brindar.
