Ca: Les onades del mar xocaven suaument contra l'arena de la platja de la Barceloneta.
En: The waves of the sea gently crashed against the sand on the Barceloneta beach.
Ca: Els dies de tardor portaven un aire fresc, i el cel gris donava un toc especial al paisatge.
En: The autumn days brought a fresh air, and the gray sky gave a special touch to the landscape.
Ca: Oriol es trobava al costat dels seus companys d'institut, amb uns quants estudiants més que havien vingut d'excursió.
En: Oriol found himself alongside his schoolmates, with a few more students who had come on the excursion.
Ca: Només havia passat una hora des que havien arribat, però per a Oriol, el temps semblava avançar lentament.
En: Only an hour had passed since they had arrived, but for Oriol, time seemed to move slowly.
