Nl: Het was een stralende Paasdag in de Biesbosch.
En: It was a radiant Easter day in de Biesbosch.
Nl: De zon scheen fel door de dichte bomen en het gekwetter van vogels vulde de lucht.
En: The sun shone brightly through the dense trees, and the chirping of birds filled the air.
Nl: Bram, Els en Kees liepen rustig over de smalle paden, omringd door het frisse groen en de geur van bloeiende bloemen.
En: Bram, Els, and Kees walked leisurely along the narrow paths, surrounded by the fresh greenery and the scent of blooming flowers.
Nl: Bram had deze tocht gepland.
En: Bram had planned this hike.
Nl: "We moeten de verborgen open plek vinden," zei hij enthousiast.
En: "We must find the hidden clearing," he said enthusiastically.

En: "Look, we'll make it together," he proposed.
Nl: "We gaan niet terug zonder je."
En: "We're not going back without you."
Nl: Met hun hulp stond Bram op, hinkend maar vastberaden.
En: With their help, Bram stood up, limping but determined.
Nl: De tocht werd zwaarder, het pad kronkelde door de dikke bebossing.
En: The hike became harder, the path winding through the thick forest.
Nl: Het water in de slootjes glinsterde in het zonlicht.
En: The water in the ditches glittered in the sunlight.
