El: Η βροχή έπεφτε ξαφνικά και δυνατά πάνω στην πόλη.
En: The rain suddenly and forcefully fell upon the city.
El: Η Ελένη στεκόταν κάτω από την τέντα ενός πολυσύχναστου καφέ, προσπαθώντας να προστατευτεί.
En: I Eleni stood under the awning of a busy café, trying to protect herself.
El: Τα νερά κυλούσαν στους στενούς δρόμους της πόλης.
En: The waters ran through the narrow streets of the city.
El: Η μυρωδιά των φρεσκοψημένων κρουασάν ανακατευόταν με την υγρασία.
En: The smell of freshly baked croissants blended with the humidity.

En: I Eleni was a new journalist, full of dreams and ambitions.
El: Αναζητούσε την μεγάλη της ευκαιρία για να γράψει ένα άρθρο που θα έκανε τη διαφορά.
En: She was searching for her big opportunity to write an article that would make a difference.
El: Ο Νίκος ήταν αρχιτέκτονας.
En: O Nikos was an architect.

El: Η Ελένη σκέφτηκε για λίγο και αποφάσισε να γράψει για αυτόν τον απροσδόκητο διάλογο.
En: I Eleni thought for a moment and decided to write about this unexpected dialogue.
El: Ίσως εκεί να βρισκόταν το θέμα που έψαχνε.
