Relaxing music and text (ENG/ESP)

Today I want to tell you about a very personal journey, one I take every day to find calm. In this hectic world, relaxation has become my refuge, a space I slowly build to escape the noise. It begins with a simple act of awareness. I close my eyes and disconnect from the outside world. I am no longer the student pressured by deadlines, nor the friend concerned about others. In this moment, I am just me, and my breath is my anchor. I feel the fresh air entering my nose, filling my lungs, and then exiting, slow and warm. It's a constant cycle, a melody that lulls me. As I breathe, I release the tension from my body. I notice the small knots in my shoulders and the muscles of my jaw. With each exhalation, I visualize that tension dissolving, like an ice cube in warm water. It's a process of surrender, of letting go. Relaxation isn't something I actively "do," it's something I "allow" to happen. I let my mind wander, but I gently bring it back, without judging it. I observe my thoughts as if they were clouds passing across the sky, without clinging to any one in particular. This small ritual has taught me that peace is not a place you arrive at, but a state you cultivate. It's a superpower we all carry within us, and my greatest achievement has been learning how to activate it. En este mundo frenético, la relajación se ha convertido en mi refugio, un espacio que construyo poco a poco para escapar del ruido. Empieza con un simple acto de conciencia. Cierro los ojos y me desconecto del exterior. Ya no soy el estudiante presionado por las fechas de entrega, ni el amigo preocupado por los demás. En este momento, solo soy yo, y mi respiración es mi ancla. Siento el aire fresco entrando por mi nariz, llenando mis pulmones, y luego saliendo, lento y cálido. Es un ciclo constante, una melodía que me arrulla. Mientras respiro, libero la tensión de mi cuerpo. Me doy cuenta de los pequeños nudos en mis hombros y los músculos de mi mandíbula. Con cada exhalación, visualizo cómo esa tensión se disuelve, como un cubo de hielo en agua tibia. Es un proceso de rendición, de dejar ir. La relajación no es algo que "hago" activamente, es algo que "permito" que suceda. Dejo que mi mente divague, pero la traigo de vuelta suavemente, sin juzgarla. Observo mis pensamientos como si fueran nubes que pasan por el cielo, sin aferrarme a ninguna en particular. Este pequeño ritual me ha enseñado que la paz no es un lugar al que se llega, sino un estado que se cultiva. Es un superpoder que todos llevamos dentro, y mi mayor logro ha sido aprender a activarlo.
