Alastair Crooke is a former British diplomat and the Founder of "Conflicts Forum" based in Beirut. He was formerly an advisor on Middle East issues to Javier Solana, the EU Foreign Policy Chief. Crooke argues that Europe has bet everything on the proxy war against Russia. Europe has sacrificed its legitimacy, economy, security and relations with Russia, China and the US.
