Dmitry Polyanskiy is the First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations. Polyanskiy warns that the Ukraine War could spread to Moldova and Georgia if they are turned into anti-Russian projects. Much like Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia have deeply divided societies that are vulnerable to manipulation as they are located on the dividing lines of Europe.
