Trump, in the meantime, is at the Republican National Convention, where he's being accused of bribery. Jackson Proskow reports from Dallas about the cash Trump is promising every American adult -- if his party wins the midterm elections. Meanwhile, American comedians are on Team Canada. Touria Izri explains how they're mocking Trump over the trade war. The Newfoundland and Labrador town of Gander became a safe haven as it welcomed thousands of travellers who became stranded after their flights were diverted on Sept. 11, 2001.
