Empathy Can Be Part of a Leader's Toolkit

Author: GovExec March 21, 2023 Duration: 24:58

Dr. Nicole Price is the author of Spark the Heart, Engineering Empathy In Your Organization, which will be released in April. She also is the CEO of Lively Paradox, a professional coaching business that focuses on practicing empathy in leadership. She joined the podcast to discuss how traits associated with women can help shape organizations and leadership.
