Brad is the co-author of many of Mark Sisson's books, including Primal Endurance, the host of the B.rad Podcast, former professional triathlete and world champion endurance athlete, and a guy who seems to be defying the usual laws of aging by remaining incredibly competitive in sports and fitness to this day. He joins us to explore the need for a renaissance in the fitness industry, emphasizing the alignment of fitness with overall health.

In this episode, Brad, Laura and Erin highlight the importance of understanding clients deeply and promoting a holistic fitness strategy to prevent injuries and promote longevity. I share personal struggles with balancing enthusiasm and competitiveness in workouts, underlining the significance of mobility, flexibility, and rest for injury prevention.

Brad is the lead author of the Primal Fitness Coach Certification course, and as you'll hear in this episode, he is the perfect guy for the job! Please enjoy this episode with the always entertaining and thought-provoking Brad Kearns.
