Victoria started her professional career in the planning, design and construction of health care facilities. Over the past 20 years, she has served as senior healthcare planner for national architectural firms and has delivered over $1 billion in forward focused capital projects, leading teams to analyze and solve complex challenges.
Victoria is the Founder and Co-Chairperson of the Lean Construction Institute Milwaukee Community of Practice, an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Healthcare Design Magazine and a 2019 recipient of the MVP Leader Award for Advocate Aurora Health. She was awarded the Bob Krier Award - given by both the Chicago and Milwaukee Lean Construction Institute Community of Practice, for leadership in advancing the industry using Lean Design and Construction.
