5. From Grass to Gold: Why Cows Can Turn Grass Into High-Quality Protein...And You Can't.

Author: Zane Griggs: Health Tips March 10, 2023 Duration: 14:28

Today, we're diving into a topic that's been making controversy lately – the benefits of ruminant meat and the best protein to eat.

The real answer to this can be found hidden away in the digestion process of ruminant animals' digestive system. You know, beef, lamb, wild game – that good stuff.

Now, you might be thinking, "Why should I care about cows and their digestive systems?" Well, the research we are going over today may surprise you and be the key to unlocking your optimal health.

Cows and other ruminants have a special digestive system that allows them to turn low-quality grass into high-quality protein with the perfect balance of amino acids that our bodies need for muscle and bone growth. But that's not all – ruminant liver is a true superfood, packed with more bioavailable vitamins and minerals than any other food on the planet.

Now, we humans can't do what cows can when it comes to turning grass into protein. Our digestive systems just aren't built that way. But we can still reap the benefits by incorporating ruminant meat into our diets!

Hit play to hear more of why I say leave the grass-to-protein magic to the cows and enjoy the delicious meat and organs that come from them. It's the most nutrient-dense and bioavailable food for us humans, just like our ancestors did!
