It's too much all the time.
 
And it's moments like this when you reflect and think, How am I ever supposed to get healthier when I don't have a moment to myself?
 
So you move throughout your day busy. You never take a moment to breathe. It's one thing after another without skipping a beat.
 
Until you have a moment, maybe an hour, to yourself. Maybe the kids have gone to bed, you're just coming home from work, or it's the weekend and you can finally just exist without doing.
 
In that moment, the overwhelm floods in. You think, I could really just use a break right now. I've been going non-stop and I just need to rest.
