Lily presents EIP 7727, a proposal to change the Ethereum protocol to enable app-specific sequencing rights. Lily explains the purpose of the EIP is to give smart contracts on Ethereum more control over how their transactions are ordered and thereby redirect MEV value based off these transactions to app stakeholders, such as liquidity providers.
