JUSTIN ALEXANDER ULCHAR What Weightlifting Women with Breast Implants Need to Know

Author: Tara Garrison June 14, 2024 Duration: 36:51

Justin Alexander Ulchar has devoted his life to the exploration and enjoyment of the body.

From the young age of three, he began to educate himself in anatomy and kinesiology.

He tested his limits with every sport accessible to him at the time. Early in his career as a personal trainer he began to learn about massage therapy. From his experience he recognized key common themes on how the body functions. From that awareness he developed his own method on training and healing the body.

After over 20 years of practice, he finds joy and pleasure in carving a path for those who wish to live a healthier life with less pain and injury, filled with joy and elation.

In this episode, Xander and Tara discuss the biomechanics of working out with breast implants, the initial care, what's important to pay attention to, how to take care of the range of motion and more!
