Mastermind: Stephanie Boyce

Author: Jeremy Snape November 3, 2022 Duration: 28:42

Today’s Mastermind comes from a true trailblazer for diversity and reaching to the top. Stephanie Boyce the sixth female, the first Black office holder, the first person of colour and the second in-house solicitor in almost 50 years to become president of the Law Society of England and Wales. She is clearly a change agent for more inclusive cultures, so I wanted to get some of her practical advice that we can all apply in the workplace.

This was a fascinating discussion about how ordinary people can make such huge differences. Tune in to this episode as Stephanie talks candidly about how it took her four times to break the glass ceiling, her approach to facing adversity, the power of positive affirmations, and how to ‘push’ for your dreams.
