Topic: Fighting for Inventor Rights!

Author: Rita Crompton July 13, 2025 Duration: 29:08

In this episode, Rita discusses with her guests the regulatory and legal burdens under which inventors labor, even after they've successfully secured a patent on their invention. Rita's first guest for this session is Randy Landrenau, President of US Inventor, Inc., an inventor rights group that fights for changes to the current U.S. law with regard to patents to make securing a patent, and its defense after issuance, easier for the independent inventor. Rita's second guest is Molly Metz, an inventor who built a successful business from scratch, only to have the USPTO's PTAB proceeding pull the rug out from underneath her.
