Servecentric, an Irish-owned cloud, data centre, and connectivity services provider, has announced that it has deployed a cutting-edge cloud hosting solution which is enabling software services company Profitsflow to double its customer base within the next 12 months.
Wexford-headquartered Profitsflow provides enterprise software solutions and services to customers in the manufacturing and field service sectors across Ireland. Servecentric is hosting Profitsflow's cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for clients at its own highly secure Irish-based data centre.
Servecentric's innovative cloud solution provides reliable, speedy access to the EFACS platform for Profitsflow's customers and streamlines workflows for businesses across key areas. These include purchasing, stock control, sales, customer relationship management, deliveries, and accounts. In turn, this allows these organisations to easily manage all platform data in one central location, increasing collaboration and productivity for remote and hybrid workforces.
Furthermore, the solution is enabling Profitsflow to grow its customer base by meeting the increased demand for capabilities such as enhanced cloud hosting, guaranteed data sovereignty, and increased return on investment. In fact, the simplified solution is saving Profitsflow's customers an average of €100,000 per annum.
Servecentric's scalable cloud solution is also driving continued innovation for Profitsflow, underpinning advanced artificial intelligence integration for the EFACS platform. In addition, Servecentric is securing the solution with rigorous cybersecurity management and regular patching.
As well as supporting business growth for Profitsflow, this partnership strengthens Servecentric's presence in the wider ERP sector and enhances its offering for customers in the industry.
Eamonn Kelly, Business Development Manager, Profitsflow, said: "Servecentric's solution is helping us to expand our own capabilities to meet the demand among customers for flexible technology solutions that can scale with them. Our customers are fast-growing and we needed a technology partner with the ability to keep pace with this rate of change. We believe that there is great synergy between Profitsflow and Servecentric as indigenous Irish companies – making this partnership a perfect fit."
Brian Roe, CEO, Servecentric, said: "ERP platforms are among the most important systems within a business, underpinning critical processes and infrastructure. This cloud solution, securely hosted at our world-class data centre, supports the continued growth of Profitsflow's offering. Our ultra-responsive team ensures that data is secure and accessible, enabling both Profitsflow and its customers to remain resilient and flexible as the business landscape continues to evolve. We look forward to continuing to work closely with Profitsflow as it delivers this transformative solution to businesses."
