13. T1D Patterns: How running, my cycle, and food have shifted my numbers

Author: Meg Cremins October 31, 2025 Duration: 26:24

Sometimes with diabetes, things feel RANDOM! And its annoying. frustrating. makes you want to pull your hair out.

But I find that when I see a pattern that feels random and instead get curious, I'm able to usually find some root cause to what's happening!

In this episode I walk through 3 recent patterns I've noticed that felt random, but ended up having a reason. I go through examples about:

  • Running and blood sugars
  • My period and insulin needs
  • And how the food I was eating impacted my time in range.
