The panel’s stated focus includes the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Rev. Martin Luther King Jr., and Senator Robert F. Kennedy, as well as files tied to Jeffrey Epstein and other matters such as 9/11, UFOs/UAPs, and the origins of COVID-19. Its creation followed a presidential executive order on declassification, and its organizers have said the effort is intended to “cut through bureaucracy” and give Americans access to what they describe as “truth and transparency
