There’s a moment in learning Argentine tango when the steps start to fade into feeling, and the real journey begins. Joe's Tango podcast lives in that space, created by Joe Yang for anyone who has felt that initial spark and wants to understand what lies beneath the dance. Rather than offering instruction, this series pulls up a chair for conversations with the people who shape the tango world-internationally renowned instructors, thoughtful event organizers, and the musicians whose work gives the dance its soul. Each discussion aims to uncover the deeper insights and unspoken philosophies that turn a series of movements into a lifelong passion. You’ll hear stories about connection, culture, and the personal challenges that even experts face, all with a warmth that makes every episode feel like a chat among friends. This isn’t about quick tips; it’s about feeding the curiosity that keeps you returning to the dance floor. Tango, as Joe’s guests often reveal, is as much about listening and personal growth as it is about technique. Tune into this podcast for a regular dose of perspective and motivation, a companion for your own path in a dance that never truly ends.
