Dr. Jenn Capps is the President of Cabrillo College. Jenn became President at Cabrillo College in January 2026 and has been on the job for 8 months.  Jenn grew up in the Washington D.C. area, after earning a number of college degrees including her PhD in Counselor education. She has served in a variety of roles in colleges and universities including instructor, professor, dean and provost – mostly in Colorado, then at Cal Poly Humboldt until she became president at Cabrillo. In addition to her academic credentials, Jenn is an out member of the LGBTQ+ community. Listen in to learn more about Jenn Capps, her vision for Cabrillo College and LGBTQ+ student supports.
