Last Dance

In the forsaken world of Last Dance, a place known as the Great South drifts in isolation, a mere rock piled upon the bones of forgotten deities and colossal beasts. Here, humanity has long been consumed by its own cyclical conflicts and rigid beliefs. That fragile status quo shatters when a mysterious and brutal force emerges from the endless ocean, launching an inexplicable assault on one of the land's central powers: the Eightfold House of Holy Ichors and its eight Bleeding Monks. This audio drama from Blackabbey Productions begins in the chilling aftermath of that eradication. The story follows Jericho Raeke, a pragmatic scavenger who makes a living by picking over the remnants of battles. As Jericho navigates this newly scarred landscape, listeners are drawn into a rich, character-driven narrative that explores the consequences of absolute loss and the secrets buried beneath ancient bones. Each episode of this fiction podcast builds a soundscape of high drama and intimate performance, weaving personal ambition with larger, terrifying mysteries. The narrative asks what one person does when the old gods are dead, new monsters are at the door, and the only path forward is through the ruins. It’s a tale of survival and discovery, where every artifact has a history and every choice echoes in the silence left by the fallen. Tune in for a serialized story that blends dark fantasy with human resilience, pulling you deeper into its meticulously crafted lore with each installment.
