In this episode, I chat with accredited practising dietitian and advanced sports dietitian, Simone Austin. Simone's résumé speaks for itself: she is the Chief Health Officer at healthylife; she has 30+ years experience working in elite sport with some of Australia’s most successful sporting teams (the Australian Men’s Cricket Team, the Hawthorn AFL Club, the Melbourne Storm NRL team, the Melbourne City A League team etc.); she was the president of Sports Dietitians Australia for 5 years and is currently a Dietitians Australia board member.
