It has always been difficult for me (Alia) to get new habits to stick long term. I would be successful for a few days, but once the excitement wore off, I'd be right back where I started. Once I started looking at new habits for self improvement through the lens of simple projects, tasks, and routines, everything changed! I'm sharing three specific examples from my life and hope that this podcast provides encouragement for establishing new habits.
