In Part Two of Tanya Nyambura's story, the reality of adulthood collides with everything she believed growing up. After years of academic excellence, Tanya enters the job market expecting her hard work to finally pay off.

Instead, she encounters rejection, unemployment, workplace politics, and the unsettling realization that school prepared her for exams but not necessarily for life. As she rebuilds her confidence, Tanya begins asking bigger questions about identity, work, purpose, and what success really means in a rapidly changing world. Her journey ultimately leads her to write The Unemployment Handbook, challenging many of the beliefs we've inherited about employment, self-worth and the future of work.
