• Brad Brider, from the South Australian blind cricket team wrapped up the National Cricket Inclusion Championships and shares Brad experiences of playing against the SA Politicians on the Adelaide Oval. 
• Andriana Petrakis has just competed at the Australian Open Tennis Tournament and has been chosen to host an International Women's Day event at Memorial Drive -  as well as featuring in the January edition of SA Life.
• Lloyd Townsend, Director from Estara, invited anyone with mobility challenges that uses a wheelchair to attend the beach access days. The next beach day is at Glenelg 9th February
• David Mitchell, health commentator, put the recent Vitamin B6 news into perspective.
• Belinda Hellyer, from Brewed By Belinda, had tips as to what temperature to best brew different teas for taste and health benefits. 
• Danielle Snell is the mother of an 8 year old child who is benifiting from Music Therapy.  Danielle talked passionately and powerfully about the incredible support; benefit and response to Music Therapy and the concern of herself and many others have  as Music Therapy is being reviewed by the National Disability Insurance Scheme:
• Ryan Goodwin, Creative Director Launched the 2025 Focus On Ability Short Film Festival, with some financial prizes as well as money-can't-buy experiences and opportunities.  
• Jodie Hawkins, Executive Manager from Swimming Australia, spoke about the "Don't Drink and Dive" Campaign, raising the importance of water safety.
