Nobody knows how to burn fat during exercise like Peter Defty. He knows intricately how your body burns fat during exercise and how to optimize fat metabolism. He was/is a pioneer & innovator in the area of 'fat-adapted' health and performance decades ago and specialises in endurance athletes using fat for fuel.

He is General Manager of Vespa PowerProducts and personally tests and uses all the products and methods he recommends for great fat burning benefits during exercise. He has also worked with hundreds of athletes in the development of the Optimized Fat Metabolism (OFM) program.
