Hi it’s Jaimielle here 👋🏽  Today I am going to share how we set goals here at Live Your Own Fit! I have people coming to me that are simply put - feeling like crap. They’re not performing in life like they want to. They have low  energy levels,  trouble focusing, poor sleep, and an increasing waist. They’ve been to their doctor and told that it’s ageing, so just put up with it. A feeling of despair, confusion, disappointment and hopelessness follows. This is why one of the first things clients and I do together in our coaching journey is SET GOALS!
