August 20th, 2004, A 12-year-old boy scout was on a camping trip with his troop and father in the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forest.  Early that morning, the father and son decided to go fishing at a nearby lake.  After accidentally getting wet, Garrett decided to make the short walk back to their campsite to change into dry clothes.
