In this episode of the Prospect Spotlight series, our scouts take a half-hour deep dive into the game of an intelligent and projectable two-way center: Linus Eriksson! First, they introduce the player with his profile, statistical production, and his trifecta of puck skills: shooting, passing, and handling. Next, they shift their attention to his habits, tools, and toolkit, discussing why he is falling down rankings, including their own. Last, they debate Eriksson's projection at the NHL level from both stylistic and statistical perspectives, before capping off the episode by looking at which NHL teams would be the best fit for him.
