Lubbock County deputies are urgently seeking the owner of a severely neglected sorrel horse, found in rough shape with sores, cuts, and fly bites. The horse is currently recovering at a local vet clinic, and owners have until March 29th to come forward. If not, the horse will be put up for auction on March 31st. Deputies suspect animal cruelty and are encouraging community help to find the owner.
