Manchester’s Fireworks Return | Manchester News

Manchester is lighting up the night again with free, family-friendly fireworks events this year—after a two-year pause. Three dazzling displays are set for Saturday, November 7th, at Wythenshawe Park, Heaton Park, and Platt Fields Park, designed to unite communities under the stars. Kick off with a gentle, sensory-friendly show at 5 PM, followed by the grand finale at 8 PM. Lantern-making workshops and parades will build excitement before the sky lights up. The city’s decision to revive this beloved tradition reflects a renewed investment in shared joy and accessibility, ensuring everyone—from families to those with sensory needs—can celebrate safely and for free as autumn turns to winter.
