Aside from all the good stuff that happened, including Dante Exum's 23/6/7 performance with just one turnover, the Mavs had a scare, as Dwight Powell fell on top of Kyrie Irving's foot in the second quarter, and the star point guard had to leave the game. The Mavs dodged a bullet, as the injury was revealed as being just a heel contusion, but our recent DallasBasketball.com conversation with InStreetClothes.com's Jeff Stotts has us thinking Irving will miss more games than what most players miss on average with this particular injury.
