Arizona State University student, Logan Lee France, faces felony charge for secretly recording a woman in campus library bathroom. France, 19, was arrested on February 25th for surreptitious photographing, which could result in up to 2.5 years in prison if convicted. The incident occurred on February 24th at Hayden Library, where France followed a woman into the womens restroom, filming her without consent. Frances initial court appearance is set for March 11th in Maricopa County Superior Court.
