Tragic Accident: Phoenix Police Seek Hit-and-Run Driver

A fatal crash near sixtieth Avenue and Indian School Road has left one passenger dead and two others injured. The incident occurred early Saturday morning, March fourteenth, when a car crossed into oncoming traffic and collided with another vehicle. The driver of the first car fled the scene, leaving behind an eighteen-year-old passenger, Marc Anthony Velazquez Serrano, who later died from his injuries.
