A third victim has succumbed to injuries from the shooting at a youth hockey game in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on February sixteenth. Gerald Dorgan, the father of the gunman, Robert Dorgan, and grandfather of another victim, Rhonda, passed away after being in critical condition.
