Mike is the CEO of the highly renowned clothing brand FENIX

I met Mike recently at the PGA Conference in Thailand

He was one of the main speakers and what he had to say had the whole audience in the palm of his hand.

He gave a very emotional description as you will hear today about how he managed to build his business despite tremendous personal and social challenges.

Issues with his own health and then a global pandemic that tragically took the life of one of his extremely valuable team members.

  • Mike's story is one of resilience and determination
  • He was a very promising young player in the north of Scotland
  • Went to America on a scholarship but struggled to make the progress he wanted
  • Eventually turned his attention to business and began a journey of self discovery
  • The journey to South east Asia
  • We talked about what it takes on a day to day basis to 'stay on the path'
  • The importance of valuing other people
  • Building a great team ethos around you
  • Having clarity of PURPOSE

Listening to Mike you will be inspired to get clarity on your own purpose and what it takes to succeed in the tough world of business
