We live in an interesting world. Because California had wanted everyone to convert to electric vehicles. But with electric vehicles, there’s a difference in how they’re being taxed. Specifically, tax at the pump with those same taxes that money goes to and bridges and infrastructure in general. Now that electric vehicles are predominantly California. They’re finding themselves at the money is drying up. They came up with several different methods and one of which is a prepaid plan per mile for electric vehicles.
