Patricia and I chat about our personal experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety. We also delve into Dysphoric Milk Ejection Reflex (D-MER), which is described as a sudden mood change when milk lets down. I share how, as a first-time mom, I constantly tracked feedings, sleep and milestones, worrying over my son's well-being.
