In this podcast, I chat to Adam Griffin, co founder of Perfect Havoc The London-based independent record label, Perfect Havoc celebrated its 5th anniversary in 2020. Also a management agency with publishing arm (Organized Chaos), Perfect Havoc has a fast-rising status underlined by five UK Top 10s, platinum certified records and over one billion global streams.


Co-founded by Adam Griffin and Robert Davies, Perfect Havoc was responsible for breaking the UK producer Joel Corry who has since been nominated for three gongs at the 2021 Brit Awards, including Best Newcomer, Best Solo Male, and for Best Single with ‘Head & Heart with MNEK. 

That marked Perfect Havoc's first official UK No.1 single (in partnership with Asylum), selling over 1 million copies and becoming the longest running number 1 single of 2021. That sits alongside a string of other hits including Joel Corry x RAYE x David Guetta ‘Bed’ (No.3), Joel Corry 'Lonely' (No.4), Joel Corry 'Sorry' (No.8) and a top 20 hit with PS1 ft Alex Hosking ‘Fake Friends’ (No.19).


Perfect Havoc's talent roster includes Brit Nominee Joel Corry, double platinum selling Swedish producer Tobtok, Oliver Nelson, Just Kiddin, PS1, Kokiri, Bingo Players, Simon Field, Parx, and Alfie Cridland amongst others.


From crossover dance sounds to dancefloor club cuts, Perfect Havoc has partnered to the likes of Warner, Atlantic, Columbia, Ministry of Sound, Toolroom, Kitsune and others.
