Soccer Is Back (A Little Bit)

Soccer is back!!! The matches were behind closed doors, but the Bundesliga had a full slate of matches at the weekend.  Tim Van Horn and Brodee Scott have a recap of the German league.

One team in South Korea made headlines for what were in the stands.  The guys will tell you about what has a team apologizing for what was seen during a broadcast.

The Premier League has agreed to a return to training. Other leagues are lacing up the boots, including MLS & USL.  Tim & Brodee have review of who's back at practice.

Coach Sean Andre talks youth soccer with Tim Van Horn and Brodee Scott.  Sean has been involved in coaching for nearly 30 years.  He is the Executive Director of the Arlington (Tennessee) Soccer Academy.

A developer of curriculum models at the recreational, club, & high school levels, Coach Andre faces a new challenge.   He explains how his organization has adapted to the current sports shutdown.  He believes there are still opportunities for players & coaches to continue to learn away from team training.  Sean explains how the learning continues for everyone in his organization.

Sean Andre shares his soccer story, dating back to following indoor soccer's Memphis Americans.  He says there is a distinct difference between playing for your club and playing for your school.  He enjoyed success as a gifted goalkeeper, and he explains how that experience has helped as a coach.  Sean has earned the U.S. Soccer National "C" license & NSCAA National Diploma.  His depth of experience includes extensive time as a goalkeeper trainer and technical director.
