Adam Graham curates a journey back to the golden age of audio drama with Mystery is My Hobby Presented by the Great Detectives of Old Time Radio. This podcast is a dedicated archive and celebration of the post-World War II radio series "Mystery is My Hobby," which followed the clever investigations of Barton Drake, a mystery writer portrayed by Glenn Langan. In each original episode, Drake applied his novelist's mind to real crimes, often working alongside the pragmatic Police Inspector Noah Danton to untangle whodunits. Graham presents these classic broadcasts in their entirety, allowing modern audiences to experience the suspense, atmosphere, and craftsmanship of vintage radio storytelling. Listening feels like discovering a carefully preserved time capsule, where the crackle of the radio dial sets the scene for intricate plots and sharp dialogue. This isn't just a replay of old shows; it's an invitation to appreciate a foundational piece of entertainment history, one where the puzzle always takes center stage. For fans of detective fiction, historical media, or simply a well-told tale, this podcast offers a consistently engaging escape into a world where mystery was, indeed, a most compelling hobby.
