Dominick Monaco, Pharm.D. is Director of Laboratory Operations at CLS Holdings, Inc. (City Trees). He manages City Trees’ production and distribution activities in Nevada. Dr. Monaco oversaw formulating and manufacturing Louisiana’s first-ever Medical Marijuana tinctures in tandem with Louisiana State University’s AgCenter. Dr. Monaco graduated from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in 2010 and has been involved in the legal cannabis industry since 2012.
